Owner Troy Allen offers 35 years of industry experience
Troy Allen comes from a family of construction-industry professionals. At a very young age, he started working with his father – a remodel construction contractor and self-declared perfectionist. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in accounting, Troy worked for an international construction company on mining and road projects, regional transportation systems, dams and bridges, and high-rise building operations throughout South America and the United States, including Alaska. This experience built a strong foundation of construction and construction operations for Troy.
With that experience, Troy embarked on a 10-year career at State Farm Insurance, specializing in residential and commercial insurance. He rose through the ranks to become director of management planning/information and the regional director of customer service for Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

After a successful corporate career, Troy fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened his own construction company in 2000. Troy notes, "This is not a career I just happened to fall into. I’m doing what God gave me the gifts and experiences to do."

Some contractors know how to "hammer the nail," and some know how to handle the business aspects. At Full Spectrum, you get a complete company: professionally built and professionally managed.

"Thanks to our depth of professionalism and experience, we live up to the promises we make to our customers," Troy says. "And thanks to our loyal customers, committed team, rock-solid vendors and subcontractors, and an unsurpassed commitment to quality in everything we do, we are blessed to see our business continue to thrive."

Additionally, many of our subcontractors have been with us a long time. We are loyal to our subcontractors and believe they are as critical to our operation as any other team member. We don’t just hire any subcontractor – they are professionals, highly experienced, and reliable to our customers and to Full Spectrum.
